A new Web space for
the MR Denim Collection
On-line at last, the Marina Rinaldi mini-website dedicated entirely to the perfect Denim,
capturing the seduction of every curve, part of everyone’s daily mood.
The long-awaited collection of the “3 Fs” – Femininity, Fascination, perfect Fit – could certainly not appear on the web without its own exclusive space, very 2.0, full of extra contents, videos, interviews, which tell the secrets and explore the truest aspects of denim.
It starts off behind the scenes of a photo set with Crystal Renn, done in New York by Claudia Knoepfel and Stefan Indlekofer and published as a preview on Vogue.it.It explores the stars: the splendid model of the MR Denim Collection tells all in an exclusive video interview, you’ll love every minute, as she tells of her love for denim, how the perfect jeans are the greatest ally in her wardrobe and an indispensable key piece of her feminine style.
And what’s more, fashion advice, discovered in the interview with the stylist and the gallery, with the seven fits for all occasions, to wear and choose following the advice of the style guide designed for a top look, that truly suits – we can’t say it too often – everyone.
Ready to make room in your wardrobe? The Denim collection is (already) waiting for you in the MR boutiques.
Rue Royale & Marina Rinaldi
On one side, the huge façade and columns of la Madeleine. On the other side, the imposing white palais Bourbon, looking out beyond Place della Concorde and offering a glimpse of the obelisk standing at the end of the magnificent Avenue des Champs-Élysées. Compressed between this two-fold, charming view, runs Rue Royale, the precious pearl of the Parisian rive droite, a small stretch framed by prestigious buildings contended by the big names in fashion, which will recently see the opening of the new Marina Rinaldi boutique.
At number 20, a new space, 200 m2 over two floors, will become the new reference point for the friends of Marina Rinaldi in the Ville Lumière, and beyond.
The interiors were designed by a famous Milan architecture firm to create an effective balance between classic and contemporary, a perfect marriage of the historical elegance of the buildings of the 8e arrondisement and the contemporary elegance of the MR collections.
A spectacular staircase, reminiscent of the fashion shows of yesteryear put on in the luxury “maisons” of Paris, draws in all the attention, leading up to the spacious areas on the upper floor.
We look forward to seeing you, ça va sans dire, in Paris!
It’s time for Spring: the looks not to be missed!
In this video, many fashion advices. To be on top without forgetting the comfort.
Together with the stylist Monika Kropfitsch, an opportunity to find inspiration for many looks.
Lots of colours and neon lights in the new windows at the flagship store in Milan
As the Paris fashion week unfolds, packed full of events and new trends to launch on the market, Milan is not sitting on its laurels, far from it, it is responding with its bubbly creativity and looking to the warm season that is on its way.
What the summer has in store for us is plenty of colour. Pop colours are back in fashion, very Eighties, but also Sixties with coral, yellow and blue. These are the great stars of the new windows at the Marina Rinaldi flagship store in corso Vittorio Emanuele, Milan, with a set-up which draws in the attention of passers-by like a magnet: everyone stops for a moment to enjoy the show.
The garments and accessories on show, with their strong, decisive colours, are lit up by many cones of blue neon light which project from big black cubes positioned like an artistic installation.
In the evening the effect is particularly mood-creating, charming with its psychedelic and very futuristic atmosphere, and for the clothes on display, the splendid blue dresses in different contrasting patterned prints for a very trendy rock-chic look. The contrast between the yellow painted walls and the new black & white dresses with flounces and pleats, so romantic and feminine, is very sophisticated.
After the long grey winter, Marina Rinaldi celebrates in style with a set-up which expresses great joie de vivre, the long-awaited return of the spring and the first sunshine which finally appears to light up our days.
